If your knitting is fine or see through and you need a bit
more permanent body to balance the weight of the embroidery, then iron on
some fusible nylon on the
back first. Use one layer of Romeo on the top only. Tear off the excess
afterwards. The rest will disappear with the first wash.

When making buttonhole with the sewing machine on knitwear
use layer of Romeo as a stabiliser. Cut a small piece and place either on top or underneath before making the buttonhole. Tear off the excess afterwards. The rest will disappear with the first wash. |
